Wellness Experience & Sales Manager

This is not a regular hotel sales job.

We are building a new-age Wellness Hospitality venture where hospitality goes beyond accommodation — into experience, wellbeing, self-awareness and personal transformation.

Our approach brings together nature, Vedic wisdom, yoga, naturopathy, holistic wellness, psychology, mindfulness and hospitality to create meaningful experiences for people seeking balance, healing and self-empowerment.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and emotionally intelligent individual who can help us take these experiences to the right people.

You should be someone who:

- Loves people, conversations and relationship building
- Has strong sales, communication and counselling skills
- Understands or has a genuine interest in Yoga, Wellness, Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Psychology, Meditation or Vedic philosophy
- Is passionate about hospitality and meaningful guest experiences
- Can understand a person's needs and recommend the right experience rather than simply “sell a package”
- Has the ability to communicate ideas around wellbeing, lifestyle, self-awareness and personal growth
- Is curious about human behaviour and psychology
- Believes in self-empowerment, conscious living and personal development
- Is comfortable speaking to individuals, families, corporates and wellness communities
- Can develop relationships with wellness practitioners, yoga teachers, therapists, communities, corporates and potential guests
- Is entrepreneurial, energetic and willing to take ownership in building something from the ground up.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Your role will involve

Sales & Business Development
- Sell our wellness retreats, programmes and experiences.
- Generate and convert enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media and networking.
- Develop new sales channels and partnerships.




- Build relationships with wellness communities, practitioners, corporates and individuals.
- Follow up with prospective guests and convert enquiries into bookings.

Wellness Experience
- Understand our philosophy and experiences deeply.
- Speak with potential guests about their needs, interests and expectations.
- Help match guests with appropriate wellness experiences.
- Understand the emotional and experiential side of hospitality.

Community Building
- Build a network around wellness, yoga, psychology, natural living and conscious lifestyle.
- Explore collaborations with relevant practitioners, communities and organisations.
- Represent the brand at events, workshops and networking opportunities.

THE IDEAL PERSON You don't necessarily need to be an expert in everything.

We are looking for the right mindset first.

You could come from hospitality, sales, wellness, yoga, psychology, counselling, Ayurveda, naturopathy, lifestyle or another people-oriented field.

If you have strong sales ability and a genuine curiosity about wellness and human beings, we want to meet you.
