Job Summary

We are looking for a Well-being Content Executive to join a growing HappinessCue team in Delhi. The role supports HappinessCue's non-medical personal well-being services. The person will interact with clients respectfully, understand the guidance they are seeking, coordinate with appropriate experts, manage follow-ups and help keep the experience private, clear and professional.

HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.

Requirements

- Strong listening skills, maturity, empathy and appropriate professional boundaries are important.
- The expected experience range is 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
