Job Summary

We are looking for a Well-being Services Manager to join a growing HappinessCue team in Gurugram, Noida. The role supports HappinessCue's non-medical personal well-being services. HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.

Responsibilities

- Interact with clients respectfully.

- Understand the guidance they are seeking.

- Coordinate with appropriate experts.

- Manage follow-ups.

- Help keep the experience private, clear and qualified.

- Be hands-on and take ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.

- Communicate clearly.

- Keep commitments visible.

- Make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

Qualifications / Experience

- The expected experience range is 3-7 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
