Opening with a leading company for their office in Mysore.
Role: Welding Supervisor
Experience: 2+ years
Roles & Responsibility:
- Supervise daily welding and fabrication activities.
- Handle welders and allocate work as per production requirements.
- Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Arc welding processes.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Ensure welding quality and identify welding defects.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed on the shop floor.
- Monitor production progress and maintain quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile Candidates with experience in fabrication, precision engineering, automotive components, or industrial manufacturing will be preferred.
