What Will You Do?

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and daily reports.
- Support offer management, joining and onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Who Can Apply?

Graduates from any discipline

Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience





Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good interpersonal, coordination and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel

Enthusiasm to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition

Willingness to work from our Gurugram, Sector 34 office
