Post: Website Manager - Digital

Experience: 4 to 6 Years of relevant experience

Preferred Expertise: WordPress knowledge, E Commerce working.

Purpose of Role

- Managing the website as a key digital channel for brand building, digital marketing and sales.
- Proven record of developing and implementing successful strategies that lead to a successful

digital presence.
- Self-starter who is, flexible, organized, able to work independently and dispatch the online

orders generated on the website.
- Good knowledge of WordPress, digital marketing tools and trends.
- Independently handle multiple tasks on deadline in rapid-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to quickly develop relationships

with all levels of customers and prospects.
- Knowledge of Marathi or any regional language preferred.
- Manages the digital channel - Website, blogs, press releases, newsletters, social media,

campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, white paper,



marketing collaterals etc.
- Strategic and Creative thinker with strong leadership and team building skills.
- Conceptualize and implement Business Solutions for the website to standardize operations and

service activities. These could include 3rd party solutions that need to be deployed on specific areas of the site.
- Understanding the digital market and competition for regional publications.
- Ensure SEO/SEM optimization.
- Empower the pre-sales, sales & support team with marketing aids such as collateral,

presentations etc. Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate or Certification in Digital Marketing
- 2+ years of experience in relevant field
- Exposure into digital marketing would be preferred & good communication skills
- Good exposure to the new technologies and innovations, through internet and print publications.
