Intrigue Media is looking for a skilled Website Developer & Performance Marketing Specialist who can build high-performing websites and execute data-driven advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.

We are looking for someone who understands both the technical and marketing sides of digital growth — from developing conversion-focused websites to running performance campaigns that generate quality leads, sales, and measurable business results.

Freshers with solid practical skills and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites.
- Build business websites, landing pages, and e-commerce stores.
- Work with WordPress, Shopify, or other relevant platforms.
- Optimise website speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
- Implement conversion tracking, forms, pixels, and analytics.
- Apply basic on-page SEO and technical SEO practices.

Meta Ads & Google Ads

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Set up and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns as required.
- Develop lead generation and e-commerce sales strategies.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, retargeting, and campaign testing.




- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
- Install and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.

Requirements
- Practical knowledge of website development and performance marketing.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, HTML/CSS, or relevant website technologies.
- Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, analytics, pixels, and campaign optimisation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
- A results-oriented mindset focused on leads, sales, and ROI.

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimisation, and SEO.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- A portfolio of websites or advertising campaigns with measurable results.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
