Role Description

We are looking for a Web Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in web application development, frontend and backend engineering, full stack development, REST APIs, databases, cloud technologies, responsive interfaces, performance optimization, and modern software-development practices.

The Web Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve web applications, user interfaces, backend services, APIs, databases, dashboards, internal platforms, automation solutions, enterprise applications, and digital systems.

The role may involve working with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, Java, Python, Node.js, C#, PHP, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Express.js, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, testing frameworks, and modern web-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in web development, software engineering, frontend development, backend development, full stack development, application development, API development, or related technology roles can apply.

- Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web design, and modern web-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries will be beneficial.
- Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, frontend architecture, DOM manipulation, and component-based development.
- Familiarity with responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, semantic HTML, accessibility, and browser standards will be advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of at least one backend programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, C#, PHP, Go, or C++ will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be advantageous.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, queries, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management technologies will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, or similar package-management and web build tools will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.

GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Linux, web servers, application deployment, domain configuration, workplace variables, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, or distributed systems will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, session management, XSS prevention, CSRF protection, and web application-security concepts will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with web performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, image optimization, bundle optimization, Core Web Vitals, SEO fundamentals, and application-performance concepts will be advantageous.
- Exposure to UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, responsive interfaces, and translating designs into functional web applications will be beneficial.
- Exposure to single-page applications, progressive web applications, server-side rendering, static-site generation, dashboards, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or enterprise web applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to automation, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, data engineering, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business, technical, and design requirements and translate them into responsive, reliable, scalable, maintainable, secure, and user-friendly web solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.

- Candidates without previous full-time web-development experience can also apply.
