Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 1 support for applications and production environments.
• Monitor application health, system alerts, and service availability.
• Investigate incidents and service requests raised by users.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and report generation.
• Perform basic data corrections and updates as per approved procedures.
• Analyse application logs and identify root causes of issues.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and database teams for issue resolution.
• Track incidents and maintain SLA compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly support reports.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the knowledge repository.
