Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Executive to manage inward and outward inventory, stock records, material movement, dispatches, and IT hardware tracking.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inward and outward entries for all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Verify received items against invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock registers in Excel or the company's inventory system.
- Track laptops, desktops, networking equipment, accessories, and other IT assets.
- Prepare dispatch documents and coordinate deliveries, collections, and returns.
- Update stock movement, serial numbers, asset allocation, and return records.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, delivery personnel, and customers.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and protected handling of materials.
- Maintain daily inventory and logistics reports.
