Job Summary :

Bizlo is hiring Tele Sales Executives to onboard retailers and shop owners onto our B2B e-commerce platform through outbound calling from the office. Candidates should have good communication skills, convincing ability, and a target-oriented approach.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to retailers, shop owners, and potential buyers using company-provided data.
2. Explain Bizlo's B2B marketplace, products, pricing, and benefits to buyers.
3. Convince interested retailers to register and onboard onto the Bizlo platform.
4. Assist buyers with registration, profile completion, and verification.
5. Follow up with interested buyers and encourage them to place their first order.
6. Maintain daily calling, onboarding, and follow-up reports.
7. Achieve daily and monthly buyer onboarding targets assigned by management.
8. Coordinate with the operations team for buyer-related queries and order support.

- Candidate RequirementsQualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience:



candidates with 3–5 years in telecalling, telesales, or B2B sales.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Telugu and English communication skills are preferred.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
