Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and cost control for MEP projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of billing procedures, contract documentation, and coordination with site teams, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit RA bills and final bills for MEP projects.

- Prepare, review, and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, and measurement sheets.

- Handle billing for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting works.

- Verify subcontractor bills and certify quantities based on actual site measurements.

- Prepare rate analysis, variation claims, extra item bills, and deviation statements.

- Review tender documents, contract conditions, and technical drawings.

- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients for billing approvals.

- Monitor project costs, quantities,



and budget variations.

- Prepare material reconciliation statements and maintain billing records.

- Follow up on client payments and ensure timely submission of bills.

- Maintain accurate documentation for interim and final settlements.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant engineering discipline.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP billing and quantity surveying.

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of contract management, cost estimation, and project documentation.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with extensive experience in MEP contracting companies, commercial billing, and large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
