Job SummaryJitton Labs is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our PCD Pharma division. The candidate will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, appointing franchise partners, and expanding the company's pharmaceutical product portfolio in assigned territories.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new PCD pharma franchise partners and distributors.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other marketing channels.
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products and PCD franchise opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, distributors, and franchise associates, as applicable.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, product details, and order processing.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order dispatch, payment follow-ups, and customer support.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline; a B.Pharm or MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in PCD Pharma, pharmaceutical sales, or business development preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the PCD franchise business model.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Ability to generate leads, manage clients, and achieve sales targets.
- A proactive attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
