What you will do:

1. Put our available properties on MagicBricks, 99acres and Housing, and keep them updated
2. Attend to the enquiries that come in, understand what the customer is looking for, and shortlist properties that suit them
3. Fix their visit and confirm the timing, and coordinate with our field executive who takes them to see the properties
4. Follow up after the visit and prepare the offer for our Area Sales Manager, who handles the negotiation with the owner
5. Once it is finalised, help with the agreement paperwork, the move-in, and the follow-up until payment is received
6. Keep everything updated in our CRM, so the team always knows where each customer stands

1. We are looking for someone:
2. Is comfortable speaking with customers on the phone in Hindi, Marathi or English
3. Is organised, and can keep track of many customers at the same time without losing anyone
4. Is comfortable with basic computer work — Excel, WhatsApp and a CRM (we will train you on ours)
5. Has 1 to 5 years in sales support, coordination, customer service, inside sales or a similar role
