IDFC First Bank is hiring for Business Loan vertical. We are looking for energetic candidates with banking sales experience.
- Collect and verify customer documents - KYC, GST, ITR, Bank Statements
- Login files and coordinate with Credit & Operations team for disbursal
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain portfolio quality
- Build solid relationships with customers for repeat and cross-sell (LAP, Personal Loan, Current Account)
- Daily field visits in assigned location
*Desired Candidate:*
- Minimum 6 months - 3 years experience in Business Loan / LAP / Unsecured Loan / Any Banking Product Sales
- Knowledge of Business Loan documentation process
- Good communication in Tamil & English
- Must have bike and valid DL (for field role)
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate can apply
