Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for managing customer interactions, building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective sales and service delivery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all touch points

2. Sales Responsibilities

- Promote and sell company products/services to customers
- Identify new business opportunities through leads and referrals
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers

3. Customer Service Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues




- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

4. Operational & Administrative Support

- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Prepare reports on sales and customer service activities

5. Coordination & Teamwork

- Work closely with internal teams (operations, sales, support)
- Escalate issues when necessary and ensure resolution
- Support team goals and contribute to overall business objectives

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele sales/customer service (industry dependent)
