Job Description:

Attending tickets for client and providing them immediate solution for their issues

To provide online and telephonic support to the clients





To take feedback from the clients and take necessary actions.

Salary structure:

Negotiable, good as per industry standards for deserving candidate.

Job requirements:

Good knowledge of computers and software.

Valuable communication skills and convincing attitude.

6 days working in a week.

Shift: Day Shift (9.30am to 6.30pm for girls and 9.30am to 7.00pm for boys)
