Key Responsibilities:
Visit industrial facilities, construction sites, contractors, consultants and potential clients.
Identify upcoming projects and generate new business enquiries.
Present the company's profile, services and solutions professionally to clients.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up on enquiries and coordinate with the internal team.
Maintain daily visit reports, client details and market updates.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in field marketing, field sales or business development.
Qualification: Graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred.
Age: Preferably below 42 years.
Gender: Male candidates preferred.
Communication: Fluency in the respective regional language; Hindi or English preferred for internal coordination.
Presentation Skills: Ability to confidently deliver company presentations and explain services to clients.
Professionalism: Well-groomed, disciplined, polite, proactive and skilled in approach.
Interpersonal Skills: Confident in approaching new clients, initiating conversations and developing professional relationships.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Driving Licence: Valid two-wheeler driving licences required; own vehicle preferred.
