1. Generate commercial interior fit-out projects from corporate offices, IT companies, retail chains, showrooms and commercial establishments.
2. Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, builders, real estate developers and corporate facility managers.
3. Identify upcoming projects, tenders, renovation requirements and office expansion opportunities.
4. Arrange client meetings, project presentations and business proposals.
5. Coordinate with IOS for BOQ, estimation, costing, quotations and technical submissions.
6. Follow up on quotations, commercial negotiations and purchase orders.
7. Develop local business networks across North India and other Indian regions.
8. Maintain a monthly lead tracker, client database, meeting reports and sales pipeline.
9. Support collection follow-ups and client relationship management after order confirmation.
10. Work towards agreed business targets and profitable project acquisition.

- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-outs, turnkey interiors, project sales or corporate business development.
- Proven contacts with corporate decision-makers, architects, PMCs,



builders or procurement teams.
- Ability to identify genuine projects and convert leads into orders.
- Solid negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of interior project lifecycle, BOQ, quotations and tender processes.
- Willingness to work independently and travel when required.
- Existing client network in the assigned territory is preferred.
