- Bank/NBFC ki requirement ke according file complete karna
- Missing documents ke liye customer se follow-up karna
- Loan file ko properly arrange karke login ke liye ready karna
- Bank/NBFC ke queries ka follow-up karna
- Sanction/disbursement se pehle pending documentation complete karwana
- Customer aur bank ke beech coordination karna
