Work Profile:

- Supervise daily fabrication and production activities related to mandap structures, frames, stages, decorative structures, and other components.
- Allocate daily work to fabricators/welders/fitters/helpers, and other production staff.
- Monitor cutting, welding, drilling, grinding, fitting, assembly, and finishing activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the delivery schedule.
- Read and understand technical drawings, measurements, and fabrication specifications includes wooden materials.
- Check welding quality, finishing, wastages and overall product quality, .
- Coordinate purchase, stores, and dispatch departments for material availability and timely delivery.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize material wastage.




- Maintain daily production reports, manpower attendance, material usage, and job completion records.
- Ensure proper maintenance and secure operation of fabrication machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and ensure the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify production delays, resolve shop-floor issues, and report major problems to management.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of fabricated components.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and 5S practices in the production area.
