Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and generate new sales leads.

- Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

- Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with internal departments.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

- Maintain sales records and follow up on pending orders and payments.

- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.

Required Skills:

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience in in-house sales or inside sales.

- Customer handling and follow-up skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.

- Ability to achieve sales targets.
