Collection ExecutivePrimary Responsibility – Ensure timely collection of loan repayments through regular customer follow-ups, payment coordination, and accurate collection records.
- Contact customers for upcoming, due, and overdue payments.
- Follow up on pending PayDay Loan and payment commitments.
- Guide customers regarding approved payment methods and procedures.
- Maintain accurate payment status, PTP, and collection records.
- Follow up on missed payment commitments.
- Coordinate with the Recovery Manager for overdue or disputed cases.
- Update CRM, call logs, and daily collection reports.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
- Maintain skilled communication and follow company recovery policies.
