Job Description:

Guidance Academy is seeking a passionate and committed Education and Political Science Teacher for our Kolkata Campus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons to students of classes V to XII.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in alignment with WB Board standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school Cultural activities.
- Support student development in both academic and residential settings.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Master’s degree in Political Science from a recognized university (Regular Mode).




- Master’s degree in Education from a recognized university (Regular Mode).
- B.Ed. degree preferred.
- We welcome prior experience in teaching or tutoring students up to Class XII in the WB Board curriculum.

- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
