- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management

- Experience in fire and security systems design and estimation is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting & Suppression Systems
- Valuable understanding of estimation and costing techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Knowledge of NBC, NFPA, and IS codes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination ability
