Senior Virtual Office Sales Executive

About the Role

SMJ Global Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Virtual Office (VO) Sales Executive who has a strong understanding of virtual office services and proven skills in lead conversion and closing sales.

The ideal candidate must understand how virtual office solutions work, be confident in explaining services to potential clients, and have the ability to convert inquiries into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads and inquiries for Virtual Office services.

Explain virtual office concepts, packages, pricing, benefits, and documentation requirements to clients.

Convert potential leads into paying customers through effective communication, follow-ups, and negotiation.

Manage the complete sales process, from the initial inquiry to deal closure.





Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Understand client requirements related to business addresses, mailing addresses, and GST registration.

Achieve monthly sales targets and improve lead conversion rates.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in Virtual Office (VO) sales is strongly preferred.

Good understanding of virtual office services and business address solutions.

Proven ability to convert leads into customers and close sales.

Robust communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage leads independently and achieve sales targets.

Knowledge of GST registration and related documentation is an advantage.

Salary & Working Hours

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Location: Karkardooma, Delhi.
