- Job ResponsibilitiesPromote and source customers for Axis Bank's Micro Loan products.
- Visit potential customers and conduct field sales activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate customer leads.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and repayment terms to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist with the loan application process.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Deliver good customer service and maintain professional communication.
- Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Intermediate (10+2) qualification is compulsory.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in banking sales, financial services sales, or any other sales field in India.
- Communication: Good speaking skills and the ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Customer Management: Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Two-Wheeler: A bike is compulsory for field visits.




- Job Nature: Field-based, sales-oriented, and target-driven.
- Immediate Joiners: Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.

Note: Freshers without the required six months of sales experience are not eligible for this opening.

- Salary and IncentivesFixed CTC: ₹18,000–₹24,000 per month, depending on experience and eligibility.
