What the job actually is

We are hiring for one of the top reputed Life Insurance companies.

This role is in the AGENCY CHANNEL. Your main job is to RECRUIT insurance advisors, train them and drive life insurance business through them.

Key responsibilities

- Recruit, train and develop life insurance advisors / agents.
- Drive insurance sales through your advisor network to achieve targets.
- Do joint field calls with advisors and give regular guidance and support.
- Build strong long-term relationships with advisors for retention.




- Conduct product and process training for your agency team.
- Follow IRDAI rules and company policies.

What we are looking for

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 – 5 years of experience in sales / agency development / financial services.
- Good knowledge of financial products, strong networking and people skills.
- Valuable local market network in Kanpur.

Compensation: ₹4.1 – 7 Lakh per annum (₹34,000 – ₹58,000 per month).
