We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team at Cars22.
Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
* Follow up with leads generated through social media, websites and other sources.
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable car models and deals.
* Explain car offers, pricing and available deals to customers.
* Regularly follow up with interested customers.
* Generate appointments, test drives and sales leads.
* Maintain proper records of calls and customer follow-ups.
* Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements:
* Valuable communication and convincing skills.
* Hindi speaking is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
* Confident, polite and customer-friendly personality.
* Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computers.
* Automobile/car sales experience will be an added advantage.
