Key Job Responsibilities:-

- Doctor & Clinic Visits: Visit doctors, private clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare centres to promote TB clinic services.
- PRO Activities: Build and maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals to generate TB patient referrals.
- Patient Referral Generation: Identify potential TB patients through referral networks and coordinate with the clinic team for registration and enrolment.
- Area Development: Develop the assigned areas by identifying current doctors, clinics, and referral partners.
- Relationship Management:



Maintain regular follow-ups with existing doctors and develop long-term professional relationships.
- Target Achievement: Achieve monthly patient referral and enrolment targets assigned by management.
- Field Reporting: Maintain daily visit reports, doctor databases, referral records, and patient enrolment details.
- Coordination: Work closely with TB clinic doctors, managers, and patient coordinators to ensure proper follow-up of referred patients.
- Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities to increase TB patient enrolments and improve the clinic's presence in the assigned areas.

Candidate Requirements:-

- Minimum 3 years of experience in field marketing, healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or medical representative work.
- Experience in doctor visits and referral generation is preferred.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare market in South Delhi is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travelling across assigned areas.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
