Job Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic college students who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in premium retail and customer service while pursuing their education.

As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, you will interact with customers, understand their requirements, assist them in their shopping journey, and support the store team in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a warm and professional experience.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them with product selection.
- Support the sales team in customer engagement and service.
- Assist customers during their shopping journey.
- Maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers.
- Support promotional and customer engagement activities.
- Follow store SOPs, safety guidelines, and brand standards.
- Work collaboratively with the store team.

Eligibility

Education

- Students currently pursuing Graduation / Diploma.
- Students from any stream are welcome.
- Students who can manage their academic schedule along with part-time work.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales,



or similar fields will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic sales and customer-handling skills.
- Professional grooming and presentable appearance.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge.

- CaratLane – Kalyan Nagar, HSR Layout & Rajajinagar (Orion Mall)
- Shaya – Kalyan Nagar & HSR Layout
- Taneira – Phoenix Marketcity

Working Hours

- Part-time shifts
- Flexible working hours based on student availability and store requirements.
- Students can work around their college schedules, subject to mutually agreed shift timings.
- Weekend availability will be preferred.
- Working hours and weekly schedule will be discussed during the selection process.

Compensation & Advantages

- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month, calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days worked during the part-time period.
