Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and reliable Cook to prepare hygienic, nutritious, and tasty meals for company management, employees, and authorized guests as required. The candidate should have good cooking skills, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily meals, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages as per requirements.
2. Cook Indian food, including North Indian dishes, vegetables, dal, rice, roti, and other regular meals.
3. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and personal grooming.
4. Plan daily food preparation according to the number of people and menu requirements.
5. Check the quality and freshness of vegetables, groceries, spices, and other ingredients.
6. Ensure proper storage of food items and prevent food wastage.
7. Maintain kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, and appliances in clean and hygienic condition.
8. Monitor kitchen inventory and inform the concerned person about grocery and ingredient requirements.
9. Follow safe food handling,

10. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behaviour while performing duties.
11. Assist in arranging and serving food during official meetings and guest visits.
12. Follow instructions from the Administration Department and management.

- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 2–5 years of experience as a Cook in a company, office, guest house, hotel, or similar establishment.
- Good knowledge of Indian cuisine and daily meal preparation.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to manage food preparation independently.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as per company requirements.
