Sales Executive – Bags & Luggage

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM

Leaves: 2 Paid Leaves per Month

Job Responsibilities

· Assist customers in selecting bags, luggage, backpacks, and travel accessories based on their needs.

· Explain product features, quality, pricing, offers, and usage to customers.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

· Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

· Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.

· Handle customer queries, complaints, and product-related concerns professionally.

· Provide excellent customer service to improve customer satisfaction and repeat sales.

· Ensure proper product placement, pricing, and display of products.

· Monitor stock availability and inform the store manager about low-stock products.

· Coordinate with the store team for inventory management and stock replenishment.





· Assist in billing, packaging, and other day-to-day store operations when required.

· Stay updated on product ranges, recent arrivals, and ongoing offers.

· Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

· Follow company policies, store procedures, and sales guidelines.

Requirements

· 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in bags, luggage, fashion accessories, or a similar category.

· Good communication and customer-handling skills.

· Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities.

· Presentable, customer-friendly, and target-oriented.

· Ability to work in a retail store environment.

· Willingness to work according to the store's operating hours.
