- 1–4 years in electrical panel manufacturing, design, estimation, or related engineering roles
- Prepare BOMs and select equipment for PCC, MCC, VFD, PLC panels
- Design layouts, wiring diagrams, and GA schematics using AutoCAD, EPLAN, or equivalent software
- Manufacturing shop floor managing and timely delivery schedules
- Handle documentation: BOQ, design calculations, compliance standards, FAT coordination
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and suppliers for smooth project execution
- Ensure quality and regulatory compliance in panels
