Responsibilities:

- Call Meta leads promptly and understand customer requirements.
- Explain our car and bike GPS trackers, features, pricing, installation, and activation process.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries politely.
- Coordinate with our installation and support teams.
- Maintain lead status, customer details, and follow-up records in Excel or our system.
- Share payment links and follow up on pending orders and payments.
- Provide daily updates on calls, follow-ups, and sales.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Hindi. Marathi and basic English are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, and WhatsApp.
- A polite, confident manner and good listening skills.
- Ability to follow up regularly and handle customer questions.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer support experience preferred. Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
- GPS product knowledge is not required; training will be provided.
