Job Description:

Eeshavan Enterprises is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Outbound Telecallers to join our growing team. The role involves generating sales leads, promoting financial products, and following up with customers regarding overdue loan payments and debt recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales and lead generation.
- Explain loan products and services and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding loan dues.
- Encourage timely repayments through qualified communication and regular follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer details, call records, and follow-up updates in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling targets and assigned sales or collection targets.




- Coordinate with the sales and field collection teams for case updates and follow-ups.
- Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships.

Skills Required:

- Good convincing skills.
- Tamil-speaking ability preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.

Eligibility:

- Experience in telecalling, sales, loan sales, or debt recovery is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication (Tamil) skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable making outbound calls.
