Job Title: Telecaller – Banking & Finance

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding banking and financial products.

Generate leads for personal loans, business loans, and other financial services.

Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and application processing.

Maintain customer records, call reports, and follow-up schedules.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

Positive communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of banking, loans, and financial products.





Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Experience & Qualification

Qualification: Graduate.

Experience: experienced candidates can apply.

Banking, finance, telecalling, or sales experience will be an advantage.
