Job Summary

Writer Business Services Private Limited is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Care

Executive to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English

communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and prior experience in an international voice/customer

support environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for an international process.

• Communicate with customers professionally and provide accurate information.

• Understand customer requirements, concerns, and queries and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues within defined process guidelines.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems/CRM.

• Follow company policies, process guidelines, quality standards, and call-handling procedures.

• Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer service targets.





• Maintain professional communication and demonstrate strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in customer support, customer care, BPO, or international voice

process.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Comfortable handling customers over the phone.

• Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a rapid-paced customer service environment.

• Good computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/customer support tools.

• Candidates with prior experience in an International Voice Process will be preferred.
