What the job actually is

We are hiring for one of the top reputed NBFC / Financial Services companies. You will sell secured business loans (loan against property / working capital loans) to small business owners and self-employed customers in your area.

Key responsibilities

- Find new small-business customers through field visits, local market network and channel partners (DSAs / connectors).
- Understand the customer's business and fund need, and explain suitable loan products.
- Collect documents, coordinate with credit for login,



sanction and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets and keep valuable portfolio quality.
- Follow KYC, compliance and company process.

What we are looking for

- Graduate (any stream).
- 1+ year of field sales experience – business loan, LAP, home loan, micro loan, banking or any BFSI sales preferred.
- Good local market knowledge in Delhi.

Compensation: ₹5.5 – 7.5 Lakh per annum (₹45,000 – ₹62,000 per month).
