- Take accurate customer measurements and understand their design requirements
- Cut and stitch blouses, including straightforward, lining, princess cut, boat neck and designer patterns
- Do saree fall, pico and finishing work
- Handle alterations and fitting corrections
- Complete orders on time, especially during festival and wedding seasons
- Keep stitching records, the work area and machines neat and organised
