We’re looking for hands-on technicians to join an upcoming project involving the installation, commissioning and start-up of PV solar manufacturing equipment across India.

The Role

•⁠ ⁠Salary: ₹25,000/month

•⁠ ⁠Age: Up to 35 years

•⁠ ⁠Experience: 1–4 years

•⁠ ⁠Job Type: Full-time, site-based

•⁠ ⁠Work Location: Project sites across India

•⁠ ⁠Project Duration: Installation at each site is typically around 3 months

•⁠ ⁠Travel: Regular travel between project sites across India will be required

•⁠ ⁠Accommodation: Provided by the company at/within the project site facility

•⁠ ⁠Food: Provided by the company

•⁠ ⁠Travel expenses: Company-arranged/covered for project-related travel

•⁠ ⁠Overseas travel: May be required for future projects

What You Will Be Working On

•⁠ ⁠Equipment installation and assembly

•⁠ ⁠Mechanical fitting, alignment and leveling

•⁠ ⁠Electrical wiring and connections

•⁠ ⁠Assisting engineers during machine installation and commissioning

•⁠ ⁠Machine testing and trial operation

•⁠ ⁠Troubleshooting and basic maintenance

•⁠ ⁠Supporting production-line start-up

•⁠ ⁠Following site safety and equipment procedures

•⁠ ⁠Working alongside engineers and the equipment manufacturer's technical team

Who We're Looking For





•⁠ ⁠ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Fitter, Electrician, Electronics or related technical trades

1–4 years of hands-on experience in:

•⁠ ⁠Industrial machinery

•⁠ ⁠Manufacturing equipment

•⁠ ⁠Machine installation

•⁠ ⁠Maintenance

•⁠ ⁠Commissioning

•⁠ ⁠Candidates with actual factory-floor / machine installation / commissioning experience will be preferred

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with tools and industrial equipment

•⁠ ⁠Willing to travel and work at different project sites across India

•⁠ ⁠Key About the Job

•⁠ ⁠This is not a fixed-location job.

•⁠ ⁠Project sites will be located in different parts of India.

•⁠ ⁠Installation and commissioning at each site is expected to last approximately 3 months on average.

•⁠ ⁠After completion of one project, personnel may be transferred to another project site based on project requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Selected technicians will be accommodated within/at the project facility, with food and project-related travel covered by the company.

•⁠ ⁠Single candidates are preferred due to the travelling and site-based nature of the role.

•⁠ ⁠Married candidates can also apply if they are comfortable relocating and moving between project sites across India.
