· Conduct personalized consultations based on customer requirements.

· Recommend appropriate health/wellness solutions based on the customer's needs and journey.

· Build trust and establish solid customer relationships through empathetic and professional communication.

· Handle customer queries and concerns effectively, provide appropriate resolutions, Proactive product benefits and information’s.

· Conduct regular follow-ups to understand customer progress and improve engagement and retention.

· Maintain accurate customer profiles, consultation details and interaction records in CRM/tools.

· Identify customer requirements and convert suitable opportunities through a consultative approach.

· Consistently achieve defined customer experience, productivity, conversion and retention targets.
