Responsibilities:

• Optimize and manage day-to-day operations within the designated area to ensure high efficiency, compliance, and

performance standards are consistently met.

• Drive team performance by effectively communicating targets, monitoring progress, and implementing technology updates

and process improvements as required.

• Manage stakeholder communication across various business lines, addressing escalations and ensuring smooth

implementation of process changes.

• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements for both team members and field personnel (e.g.,

drivers) within the assigned region.

• Maximize revenue, fulfilment rates, and profitability while owning key people programs focused on training, development,

team engagement, and timely resolution of client escalations through direct coordination with Hub Points of Contact.
