- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and construction-related positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, Apna, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls.
- Understand candidate experience, salary expectations, notice period, and availability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and daily hiring updates.
- Build a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and meet monthly hiring targets.
- Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
