Work mode: Hybrid - 3 days office (Rohini, Delhi) + 3 days work from home

Responsibilities:

Tender work: Track GeM/CPPP bids daily, prepare and upload bid documents, handle clarifications, reverse auctions, contract acceptance and invoice follow-up.

Accounts: Maintain books in Tally/Zoho, raise invoices and e-way bills, record purchases and expenses, bank reconciliation, ledgers and payment follow-up.

GST and statutory: Prepare data for GSTR-1/3B, TDS and ROC filings; coordinate with our CA.

ZED and ISO compliance:



Maintain ZED certification documentation, SOPs and records; support ISO 9001 audits; keep MSME, Udyam and GeM profiles updated.

MIS: Maintain registers of tenders, orders, pending payments and certificate validity; weekly status report to CEO.

Requirements:

B.Com / BBA / M.Com (CA-Inter or CMA-Inter a plus)

1-3 years experience in GeM tendering and/or accounts

Tally or Zoho Books, GST portal, GeM seller portal, Excel

Organised, deadline-driven, valuable with documents

Salary: Rs 18,000 - 22,000 per month + incentive on tenders won.
