Qualification

• Diploma/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in rooftop solar site execution (Freshers with valuable technical knowledge can also apply).

Roles And Responsibiliies

• Knowledge of rooftop solar installation, structures, inverter installation, earthing and electrical wiring.

• Ability to read solar drawings and BOQ.

• Experience in handling installation teams and contractors.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Ability to prepare site reports and coordinate with design, store and liaisoning teams.

• Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel across Kolhapur region.
