We are hiring Sales Executives for our residential project Sapphire Sky, located beside Manorama Nagar, Datta Colony, A Ward, Deokar Panand, Kolhapur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call leads provided by the company and follow up regularly
- Share project details (flat configurations, pricing, amenities, location benefits) with prospective buyers
- Convince leads to visit the site and schedule site visits
- Conduct site visits and show the sample flat / project to customers
- Negotiate and close flat sales
- Maintain lead records and follow-up status
Requirements:
- Graduate with minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate sales preferred)
- Good communication in Marathi and Hindi
- Confident on phone calls and face-to-face meetings
- Target-oriented with valuable negotiation skills
Salary: Rs 15,000 - 25,000 fixed per month + attractive incentives on every flat sold.
