? Key Responsibilities? Sales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly and quarterly life insurance sales targets.
- Generate leads through customer references, field activities, and business networks.
- Promote life insurance products to prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase sales.

? Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer financial protection and insurance needs.
- Explain policy benefits, features, premiums, and terms clearly.
- Provide support throughout the application and policy issuance process.

? Channel & Partner Coordination

- Coordinate with assigned sales channels, business partners, or bank branches, as applicable.
- Develop relationships to generate quality business leads.
- Follow up on prospects and convert leads into policy sales.

? Documentation & Compliance

- Ensure accurate completion of proposal forms and KYC documentation.
- Follow company policies, IRDAI regulations, and sales compliance guidelines.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records,



and pipeline updates.
