What the job actually is

We are hiring for one of the top reputed Life Insurance companies. You will sell life insurance through the branches of a leading private bank (bancassurance channel).

Key responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with partner bank branches and staff.
- Generate life insurance business from bank customers and achieve sales, revenue and persistency targets.
- Train and support bank staff on life insurance products.
- Follow IRDAI and company compliance rules.

What we are looking for

- Graduate (any stream).
- 1+ year of sales experience – bancassurance, life insurance, banking or any BFSI field sales preferred.
- Valuable communication and local market knowledge in Faridabad.

Compensation: ₹4.5 Lakh per annum (approx. ₹37,500 per month).
