- Handle distributor and retailer relationships to ensure effective market coverage.
- Drive secondary sales, customer acquisition, and business targets.
- Ensure product availability, stock management, and distribution efficiency.
- Monitor market performance, competitor activities, and sales execution.
- Lead and support the team to achieve business objectives.
- Mandatory RequirementsTelecom Distribution Experience is Mandatory.
- Strong experience in distributor and retailer management.
- Good knowledge of secondary sales and channel operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
- Local market knowledge will be preferred.
